To make a donation, just look for the UPC code from either a Quilted Northern® or Quilted Northern Ultra Plush™ bath tissue product. For locating the UPC code on either the Quilted Northern or Quilted Northern Ultra Plush packages, see a sample package here.

For each code entered, the maker of Quilted Northern and Quilted Northern Ultra Plush bath tissue will donate $0.50 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure National Headquarters or the local Komen Affiliate of your choice, with a minimum donation of $100,000 up to a maximum of $500,000. Donations can be made to Komen National HQ, or the local Affilate you select.
